I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years, with a wide array of experience; personal training, group fitness, spin, hiit, aqua exercise, corrective exercise, exercise with special populations & health conditions, wellbeing coordinator, gym manager.


A huge part of my career has involved group training. I love the community, atmosphere, and influence people have on each other when training together.

More recently, my focus has turned towards 1:1 coaching. I find such value in helping people with their individual goals and realising their potential with strength and movement.

My passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle, through exercise and wellbeing. I understand that everybody is unique, with their own strengths, limitations and lifestyles. If my influence can help others be more mindful of their health & wellbeing, then my job is achieved.

Quick fact: I had my research (Exposure of the female body image in the media and the effect on athlete and non-athlete females’ body dissatisfaction) published in the Scope Health & Wellbeing Journal Vol. 3, Nov 2018.
